Policy for Exchanges and Returns
CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS will accept unopened double rolls and unopened borders as
overage for return within 30 days of shipment. There is a 25% restocking
fee applied to all overages. Fabrics are not returnable unless defective.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded in full.

CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS assures you complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for, any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of shipment. We will provide an exchange or refund to you without question. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

There are several ways for you to place your order with CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS. You may use our on-line selector, or you may place your order via telephone. If you will be ordering via phone, please print out the detail page(s) of the product(s) you wish to purchase so you can reference them when calling us. If you would like to order via our on-line store, use the selector to find a product that
matches your needs, then use our shopping system to purchase it.
